What’s your story?

Sharing your story is an important part of the process. Together, we will explore in what ways the problem shows up in your life and see where we can work to hold space, understand, and move toward change, healing your heart along the journey.

What you can expect in session 1

The first time we meet, we will chat about confidentiality, what you can expect from me, and the process. You are welcome to ask questions, too. We will have a conversation and get to know each other a little. What we talk about and what you share is up to you. From there, you can decide if you would like to book another session. If you feel we are not the right fit, I am happy to refer you to another reputable therapist.

What you can expect next

If you wish to book another session, we can do that at the end of your appointment or you can contact me via email/website to book another appointment. The frequency of your sessions is totally up to you!
